BACIP Accompanied Changde Delegation to Visit BGI

On September 3, 2020, William Liu, Vice Chairman and Secretary General of Beijing Association for Advanced Carbon Industry Promotion, accompanied Z-Park Joint Innovation Civil-Military Integration Equipment Industry Alliance and Hunan Changde delegation to visit Beijing Graphene Institute. 

Dr. Li Jiongli of Beijing Graphene Institute introduced the current situation of graphene technology and industrialization at home and abroad, as well as the application technology and industrialization of Beijing Graphene Institute. 

At the symposium, Wang Xudong, President of Beijing Graphene Institute, welcomed the arrival of Changde delegation, saying that Changde has certain advantages in high-end equipment, biomedicine, new materials and other industries, and a number of graphene application technologies of Beijing Graphene Institute can help local industries upgrade technology, and hope BACIP, CIGIU and the government can play their respective advantages. 

William Liu, Secretary General put forward development suggestions on the industrial characteristics of Changde, Hunan Province, i.e. the 4 main support bodies (Changde Municipal People's Government, Beijing Graphene Institute, Z-Park Joint Innovation Civil-Military Integration Equipment Industry Alliance and Beijing Advanced Carbon Materials Industry Promotion Association), 3 starting projects (graphene-carbon fiber energy-saving wire, graphene intelligent repair lubricating material, graphene ultra-high sensitivity biological detection reagent), 2 operational platforms (Industrial transformation base of national graphene manufacturing innovation center and industrial transformation center of Beijing graphene technology research) and 1 international forum(China Changde International Advanced Carbon Materials Industry Development Forum) . It also said that it would conduct investigation and investigation at the invitation of Changde in the coming few days to promote the implementation of relevant projects.
