CIGIU Helped the Development of Belt and Road in China

On Apr 22^nd, 2018, the launching ceremony of 2018 “Belt and Road” International Business and Capacity Cooperation Summit and the “Belt and Road” Vibrant City Alliance was held in Fuzhou Hotel, Weifang City, Shandong Province. This summit was hosted by People's Government of Weifang City and supported by CIGIU. Ruan Ruxiang, Permanent Vice Chairman of CIGIU, Wang Mingrong, Chairman of Grehar Emerging Industry Group Co., Ltd, and William Liu, the Secretary General of CIGIU, attended the summit and participated in the discussion.

At the summit, CIGIU signed the Project Investment Framework Agreement with Changyi Binhai (Xiaying) Economic Development Zone. The two sides would jointly promote regional innovative cooperation mode and build a demonstration base.

After the summit, William Liu, the Secretary General of CIGIU, said in the interview with the media that graphene industry could promote the introduction of advanced technologies and play a certain role in the conversion of new and old driving force. CIGIU would also organize a delegation and hold a series of summit activities recently. These actions are supposed to adhere to the purpose of CIGIU and integrate global resources together, giving full play to the advantages of CIGIU, building an open platform for graphene industry, technology, financial international exchange and cooperation, advance graphene preparation technology and industrial application and promoting industrial transformation to contribute to the development of China’s Belt and Road Initiative.
