CIGIU Helped the Development of Graphene Industry in Taizhou

On the morning of Feb 5^th, William Liu, the Secretary General of CIGIU visited Graphene Research and Characterization Center, a key member of the union, and asked about the construction and operation situation of the center as well as the technical committee for standardization.

In the afternoon, William Liu, the Secretary General of CIGIU, had an informal discussion with leaders of People’s Government of Jiangyan District. He said that CIGIU would accept the commission of Jiangyan District to organize the expert consultation committee. They would carry out serious investigations on the surrounding areas to assist in the systematic industrial planning in Jiangyan District, establishing platforms for graphene materials and their applications in technological innovation, technological transfer, business incubation and venture capital. They would provide practical service for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, the incubation of science and technology projects as well as the establishment of scientific and technological enterprises to accelerate the upgrading of local traditional industries.
